This quote, from “11 Rings” by Phil Jackson was sent to me by my dear friend and now Chair of Junior Boys Basketball. Our friendship spans many more years than we both like to admit. It was never discussed but she knew full-well what we were trying to accomplish. The Gold Medal games were played at Yeshurun Hall in Netanya, a beautiful city north of Tel Aviv.
